Stress is often caused by lack of direction, guidance, or planning. However, it’s important to remember that things may not always go according to plan. As long as you’re fulfilling your responsibilities, we don’t expect you to stress over uncontrollable factors. At Dash Talents, we operate as a team, and we encourage open communication regarding any work-related issues. It’s important to maintain a professional environment, so we kindly request that personal problems remain outside of the workplace.

#3 Don't Force Things

When you force things, you experience stress and lose the enjoyment that makes work meaningful. This goes against our first two rules: Have Fun and Don’t Stress. That’s why it’s important not to force anything. Remember, we’re a team with leaders who can help. If you’re struggling or something doesn’t feel right, don’t hesitate to communicate with your team members or leaders for support.
